Thanks guys for all the supportĪny help is appreciated.Career Area: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Job Description: Has anyone ever been rejected after app changed to "completed"? Or is it the case that anyone who noticed "completed" has gotten offer after? Because I'm thinking it could also just be the fact that this doesn't mean anything, and the people who noticed the "completed" just so happened to get offers afterwardsĪlso, how does microsoft usually notify applicants about rejection/offer?ĮDIT: I noticed before that it said my application was "transferred." Now it is only saying "completed" with no reference to the "transfer" at all.

Was hoping to get some more official confirmation on this. Wondering if this means anything? I read some past posts about how this happened and they received offer a bit of time after, but also saw some people saying how it doesn't mean much. I recently finished my final round with Microsoft, and saw today that the action center status for the job changed to "completed"
